Most purchases Oct 5 – Dec 31, 2026 can be returned until Jan 31, 2027. Dyson and Mac Duggal items keep the 30-day limit.
How
In-store returns are always free. Online orders can go back by mail: free for Star Rewards members, $9.99 plus tax for everyone else.
Fees
Mail returns: $9.99 plus tax if you're not a Star Rewards member (deducted from the refund).
Lamps, wall art, mirrors, furniture, beds and area rugs don't get free return shipping.
Shipping and delivery fees aren't refunded.

Special-order or resized jewelry
The catch
Joining Star Rewards (free) before you mail a return saves the $9.99.
Store purchases must go back to a store.
Return any free promo gift with the item, or its value comes off your refund.
Jewelry and watches are inspected first, which can take up to 14 business days.
