The basics

How

Return online orders by mail or at a Nike store. Returns are free for Nike Members.

Can't be returned

• Custom Jersey By You soccer jerseys
• Anything bought at a Nike Clearance store (and Clearance stores won't take other Nike returns)
• Nike x LEGO sets once opened; jewelry unless unworn with all original packaging

The catch

• Bought Nike at another store? Return it to that store, not Nike.
• Nike may scan your ID and keeps a database of return activity, and can limit returns.
