30 days from purchase for a refund, new or gently used, with proof of purchase.

Purchases Oct 30 – Dec 31, 2026 can be returned until Jan 31, 2027, but after the normal 30 days you get store or online credit, not your money back.
How
Free at any Sephora store, or by mail with the prepaid label.
Refund timing
Allow up to 30 days for mailed returns to process.
The catch
Paid with PayPal and returning in store? You get store credit, not a PayPal refund.
Store credit only works in stores and online credit only online. They don't mix.
Sephora.com and store purchases can't be returned at Sephora at Kohl's.
Beauty Insider points from the purchase are removed.
Sephora tracks returns and can refuse or limit them, and may ask for ID.
